ELESO Counselling offers affordable, professional therapy for adults aged 18 and over. We provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with a qualified or trainee counsellor. Our sessions are held online or by phone, making therapy easy to access wherever you are.
Each session costs £22 and lasts 50 minutes. We aim to make counselling accessible to everyone by keeping our fees low while maintaining a high standard of professional support.
You’ll be matched with one of our trained or trainee counsellors based on your needs, preferences, and goals. All our counsellors work ethically, with regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Yes — confidentiality is central to the counselling relationship. What you share in sessions remains private between you and your counsellor. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others), which will be explained clearly in your contract and during your first session.

We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during the week. Messages received over the weekend will be replied to within 48 hours.
Sessions can take place via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet — whichever you prefer. If you’re more comfortable talking over the phone, we can arrange telephone sessions too.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. You and your counsellor can discuss what feels right for you, and you can end sessions at any time.
Yes, we offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and some weekends, to fit around work and personal commitments.
Yes. Many of our counsellors are in the final stages of accredited training and bring warmth, empathy, and up-to-date knowledge to their work. All trainees receive close supervision and adhere to professional ethical standards.
