At ELESO Counselling, we believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health support, without the financial strain that often comes with private therapy. Our mission is to make counselling accessible, affordable, and inclusive for all adults aged 18 and over. We provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.

Our service is fully online, making it easy to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions can take place on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, and if you prefer, we also offer telephone sessions.
We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable, so our flexible, online approach means we can work around your schedule and needs. Whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, low mood, relationships, self-esteem, or life changes, our friendly and professional team is here to listen and help you find a way forward.
